UNITE is partnering with a rapidly growing organisation to appoint an experienced Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) . This executive leadership role is responsible for shaping and executing the company's global people strategy, driving organisational growth, and fostering a high-performance culture.
The ideal candidate is a strategic HR leader with extensive executive experience, a strong commercial mindset, and a proven ability to lead organisations through periods of growth and transformation.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in core Human Resources (HR) functions, including strategic HR leadership and HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of HR Policies, compliance, and governance frameworks relevant to global or multi-jurisdictional organizations.
- Proven experience in Employee Relations, conflict resolution, and fostering an inclusive, respectful workplace culture.
- Ability to design and manage Talent Management programs, including succession planning and leadership development.
- Track record in Performance Management, including goal-setting frameworks, feedback processes, and performance review systems.
- Extensive experience in senior HR or people leadership roles, ideally in technology, digital, or professional services environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote setting.
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities, including use of HR data and metrics to guide strategy and improvements.
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is an advantage.
