As the group continues to grow and integrate new companies, it has reached a point where common systems, processes, and operational standards are needed to support the organisation as a whole. As part of this internal group-wide project , they are establishing a dedicated team responsible for integrating and harmonising business systems and data across the group, and are looking for a HubSpot CRM Administrator to join the team.
This is a fully remote position based in Bulgaria , offering the opportunity to administer, configure and maintain HubSpot CRM as part of the group's ongoing integration activities. The role focuses on ensuring reliable system operation, maintaining data quality, managing complex CRM configurations and supporting integrations with other business systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365.
HubSpot CRM Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Administer, configure and maintain the HubSpot CRM platform, including properties, data structures, user permissions and lifecycle stages.
- Develop, maintain and optimize HubSpot workflows, automation rules and lead management processes.
- Configure and maintain integrations between HubSpot and other business systems, ensuring reliable data synchronization and resolving integration issues.
- Monitor CRM data quality, troubleshoot system issues and implement improvements to ensure stable and efficient platform operation.
