About the Role
As an Events Manager , you will plan and execute experiences that bring Doximity closer to the clinicians and healthcare organizations we serve. You will:
- Support Own and plan our twice-yearly Medical Advisory Summits , bringing physicians and Doximity leaders together for thoughtful discussions about clinical needs, product feedback, and the future of care. Lead planning, invitations, programming coordination, travel, vendors, and on-site execution.
- Manage Doximity’s presence at medical trade shows, including booth experiences, sponsorships, staffing, logistics, and lead capture.
- Plan corporate events, physician gatherings, and conference-adjacent experiences that build relationships and showcase Doximity’s products.
- Produce virtual events and activations, including webinars, product demonstrations, and interactive sessions for clinicians.
- Manage event calendars, budgets, vendors, and timelines; set goals for each event and measure attendance, engagement, and outcomes to improve future programs.
Location: This role is Remote in the United States. Travel to events is required.
