We are seeking a technical and customer-focused Solutions Consultant to join our team . The Solutions Consultant will be responsible for understanding customer business environments, actively identifying potential roadblocks, and providing thoughtful solutions that leverage PagerDuty’s products . They will run the technical discovery process and provide guidance, relationship-building, and support throughout the sales process to ensure customer success .
As a Solutions Consultant at PagerDuty, you’ll sit at the nexus between pre-sales, sales, and customer experience and success . You are an extraordinary partner who plays the part of consultant, technical salesperson, technical guru, product specialist, and teacher, with a committed dedication to exceptional customer service . You will build strong, significant, and compassionate relationships with internal and external partners at all levels while helping customers realize and optimize PagerDuty's capabilities .
