Tines is investing in its quote-to-cash platform and process. This role contributes to how that platform is built and administered. You will be the systems owner for our quote-to-cash configuration in DealHub and Salesforce, inputting to the design direction, and technical build and administration.
What you'll do
- Own DealHub build-out, configuration and day-to-day admin. Be the accountable owner of the platform: product catalog and SKU architecture, pricing and discounting rules, playbooks and quote flows, approval workflows, document and template management, and the Salesforce integration.
- Contribute to the platform roadmap. Working with Senior team members, translate where the business is going into a sequenced buildout plan as our products and commercial models evolve, and make the design calls that keep the configuration extensible rather than accumulating rework with every pricing change.
