The Opportunity
We are looking for a Director of Engineering to lead our GTM Store and ZoomInfo Data Platform teams within the Platform Engineering organization. This is a high-impact, high-visibility leadership role responsible for the foundational systems that store, ingest, and evolve the data powering ZoomInfo's entire go-to-market product suite.
You will lead a team of senior engineers across two core areas:
- GTM Store - ZoomInfo's core operational data store (BigTable), spanning scaling, performance, operational reliability, and the change data capture (CDC) systems that capture and propagate data change events downstream.
- ZoomInfo Data Platform - ZoomInfo's analytical data store (BigQuery), including the ingestion pipelines and onboarding systems that bring new data in and keep it flowing accurately and efficiently, and the processes that ensure customer data deletion requests are handled promptly and compliantly.
This role sits at the foundation of ZoomInfo's data infrastructure - the reliability, scale, and integrity of these systems directly determine how fast we can onboard new data and how confidently we can serve it to customers. You will manage senior technical talent directly, setting technical direction, unblocking hard problems, and holding a high bar for engineering excellence.
