You’re comfortable in ambiguity, decisive under pressure, and relentless about customer impact.

- A product owner who has driven a core product area end-to-end - setting strategy and goals, building the roadmap, and delivering measurable outcomes
- Sharp on prioritization - you can look at a universe of possible bets and quickly identify what’s worth pursuing, what to cut, and why
- Skilled at right-sizing - you set appetite and scope work accordingly, balancing incremental improvements with bigger swings
- Impact and customer-obsessed - you keep the customer and business at the forefront, and know how to cut through the noise to focus on what truly matters to drive value
- AI-native in how you work - you use AI tools daily to move faster, think more clearly, and raise your own ceiling as a PM
